Who we are

Lantern Endurance Coaching was built for busy people who want to get fitter, leaner, and more capable — without needing a “perfect” schedule.

I didn’t start as an endurance athlete. I was unfit, working in the mining industry, and stuck in a routine that wasn’t serving me. Then I made a call to change things — and over time I lost 60+ kilos and rebuilt my life through training, discipline, and a lot of hard lessons.

Since then, I’ve competed in multiple 70.3 triathlons and ultra-distance events, including Ultra 355 and Ultraman Australia. I’ve ridden across Australia, cycled from Townsville to Cairns, run a double marathon, and completed eight marathons.

But Lantern isn’t about medals — it’s about what those years taught me: how to build consistency, how to train around real life, how to manage setbacks, and how to keep showing up when motivation disappears. My job now is to pass that system on — so you can chase your goals with a plan that fits your lifestyle, not the other way around.
